It's been far too long since I've posted and here it is the end of the year. WOW! I did make Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas cards; however, I was far too busy to sit down and post them . . . it does take time to compose the script, edit and post the pics, and tag the supplies and tools. There is always something new and exciting to discover when you have the time to "surf" the web and read through the various blogs out there on card making. I've seen many new stamp lines that I never knew existed before. One of them is THE TON STAMPS. I saw this card on their blog and thought it was just beautiful; the combination of the stamp design, watercoloring technique and new embossing powder color was a "wow" factor for me. Card #2 in my collection of Christmas cards for the nursing home patients. My niece and a good friend both love dachshunds, so I couldn't resist this Hero Arts stamp. I stamped it onto a white Swatch art square from Inchie Arts, that was then layered onto a scrap piece of hot pink paper and a scrap piece of black paper.
