An Oldie But Goodie!

The lunch today was too much fun! We enjoyed a somewhat healthy menu of apple & butternut squash soup; roasted vegetable tossed salad with baby spinach and arugula; and a carrot cake with a cheesecake and glaze pecan topping. The last menu item is why I said "somewhat" healthy, although carrots, pecans, and cream cheese are low carb and limited quantities of sugar are used in both the carrot cake and the cheesecake. That's the story and all of us are sticking to it!

The second birthday card is an "oldie but goodie" stamp design by Aggie Werner when she owned Paper Parachute. Her precise intricate stamp designs were always one of my favorites.

Stamp by Paper Parachute

VersaMark ink

Queen's Gold embossing powder from Ranger

Sakura's Stardust Glitter Pens

Tombow ABT marker in color 173 (stems; highlight over the colored leaves)

Foam mounting tape (top panel)

Droplets from Queen & Co. in yellow

Butterfly from Little B (100137)

Memory Box A2 card base; Tsmugo silk paper from Hanko for matting panel; Classic Crest 80# card stock in Solar White

I'm enjoying what little time I can find in the studio. And I'm dreaming of the day when "life" doesn't interfere so much with my creative time.

Thanks for stopping in; I do enjoy your company!
