While working the Elizabeth Craft Designs' booth at the Scrapbook Expo in Puyallup last weekend, I was totally taken with a card that was on display. The die design is from Joset van de Burgt and the card stock is ECD's new Soft Finish Card Stock. This card stock has such a subtle texture to it; when Distress Inks are applied, the paper takes on a velvet-looking finish. Of course, I had to buy the die and the card stock. Sorry for the absence the last couple of days. When I left a card class at Art 'n Soul on Saturday afternoon, I was driving to a memorial event and about 1/2 mile up the road my head pain came in with a roar! It was all I could do to get home. Even the pain meds didn't work. So, I also missed a Mended Hearts Auction & Dinner that evening and a full day working on the studio project yesterday. I slept a lot and watched a few movies . . . boring! I've been waiting and waiting
